Duties & Taxes

We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, and reliable air freight. Orders of unstitched fabric yards and rolls are dispatched within forty-eight hours, with tracking details provided immediately upon shipment.

International shipments may incur local import duties and taxes. We provide complete commercial invoices and export documentation to ensure efficient customs clearance in the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia.

Returns & Fabric Claims

Fourteen-Day Window

Processing & Claims

We accept returns on unstitched fabric yards and full rolls within fourteen days of delivery. Fabrics must remain uncut, unwashed, and in their original export packaging to qualify for a full refund.

To initiate a return or report a defect in weaving or block printing, please contact our support desk with your order number. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within seven business days.

Fabric Variations

We support secure international transactions via Stripe, PayPal, and major credit cards. For domestic orders within India, we offer Razorpay, UPI, and bank transfers to facilitate direct loom-to-designer sourcing.

As hand-block printed textiles are individually crafted, slight variations in color and print alignment are natural characteristics of the artisanal process. These organic shifts are not considered manufacturing defects.
